Senior Trust Capital has a wide-ranging investment portfolio, focussed on retirement villages and aged care facilities throughout New Zealand.
These investments offer shareholders a combination of investment growth opportunities and reduced investment risk, through the diversification of the portfolio. Senior Trust Capital follows a robust due diligence process to identify suitable retirement and aged care operators and stakeholders. When we consider where to invest, we give preference to operators who meet all or most of the following criteria:
A material financial stake in the entity
A high degree of relevant experience and proven capability
Access to land or villages in locations with strong demand from people 55 years and over
Development expertise and resource, or access to it
A robust a business model to generate value growth and cash flow returns to shareholders.
