Annual General Meeting - Senior Trust Capital Limited held on 26th September 2025
Following the completion of the Annual General Meeting we confirm the outcome of the voting on the below resolutions noted in the Agenda and below:

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass ordinary resolutions that:

a. The Board be authorized to determine and fix the auditor's fees and expenses for the upcoming financial year
b. Joseph Van Wijk be elected as a Director of Senior Trust Capital Limited
c. Raymond Clive Jimmieson be re-elected as a Director of Senior Trust Capital Limited

We confirm a quorum for the meeting was reached and after counting votes from all sources received, that all ordinary resolutions noted above were passed.
